This is also the first Certificate of Origin obtained by the enterprise in the new year. "We don't need to go to the visa agency; we can apply for and print the Certificate of Origin without leaving the company, which is more flexible in form and more efficient in practice."

Jiang Shuilang, Business Manager of Chuangli Company, told reporters that the Certificate of Origin is an important "passport" for expanding overseas markets. In 2024, the company successfully processed 36 Certificates of Origin, winning many overseas customers with these certificates.

Since the "expansion" of self-printable categories of Certificates of Origin on September 1 last year, more than 90% of the Certificates of Origin for export enterprises in our city can be self-printed, truly enabling enterprises to "run fewer errands" and even "run no errands at all". Meanwhile, for overseas customers, holding a valid Certificate of Origin can enjoy corresponding tariff reduction and exemption benefits, directly reducing the cost of imported goods. "Many customers attach great importance to the amount of tariff concessions they can get with the Certificate of Origin we provide. This policy dividend has helped us win more overseas customers – we processed over 30 Certificates of Origin last year," said Zhuang Sihui, Sales Manager of Longquan Kailida Auto Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. Last year, the company also successfully developed markets in countries such as Malaysia, driving a year-on-year sales growth of more than 20%.

In recent years, Lishui Customs has strengthened the publicity of origin policies for export enterprises, guiding them to fully utilize and enjoy tariff reduction and exemption benefits. At the same time, it has promoted the facilitation of origin visa services, guiding new clerks of export enterprises to select appropriate types of Certificates of Origin, standardize the declaration process, and realize self-printing services. "Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) provide more tariff concessions for import and export products. Now enterprises' awareness of utilizing the preferential policies of FTAs is constantly increasing. They are more active in applying for Certificates of Origin to enjoy tariff reduction policies when exporting," said the relevant person in charge of the Second Inspection Section of Lishui Customs.

According to statistics, in 2024, Lishui Customs issued 1,191 various types of Certificates of Origin for export enterprises in our city, a year-on-year increase of 0.61%, with the preferential value of goods reaching RMB 451 million, a year-on-year increase of 37.43%.
