Classification of car air conditioning types
1. According to the driving mode, it can be divided into: independent (a dedicated engine driven compressor with large refrigeration capacity and stable operation, but high cost, large volume and weight, mostly used in large and medium-sized buses) and non independent (air conditioning compressors are driven by car engines, and their refrigeration performance is greatly affected by engine operation, with poor stability, mostly used in small buses and sedans).
2. According to air conditioning performance, it can be divided into two types: single function type (installing and operating refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems separately, without interfering with each other, mostly used on large buses and trucks) and integrated cooling and heating type (cooling, heating, and ventilation share a blower and air duct, controlled on the same control panel, and can be divided into combined cooling and heating systems that work separately, and mixed temperature control systems that can work both cooling and heating simultaneously. Mixed temperature control is commonly used in sedans).
According to the control method, it can be divided into manual mode (controlling temperature, wind speed, and direction by turning the function keys on the control board) and electronic pneumatic regulation (using a vacuum control mechanism, when the air conditioning function key is selected, the temperature and air volume can be automatically controlled within the predetermined temperature range).
3. According to control methods, it can be divided into: fully automatic adjustment (using calculation and comparison circuits to control the operation of the adjustment mechanism through sensor signals and preset signals, automatically adjusting temperature and air volume) and microcomputer controlled fully automatic adjustment (using the microcomputer as the control center to achieve all-round and multifunctional optimal control and adjustment of the indoor air environment).
