Working principle of automotive air conditioning

The regulating system consists of a compressor, condenser, evaporator, dryer, and pipelines,

Introduction to refrigeration principles:

After the user starts the car air conditioning system, the compressor works to drive the refrigerant to circulate in the sealed air conditioning system. The compressor compresses the gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas, which is discharged from the compressor and flows into the condenser through the pipeline. After cooling and cooling in the condenser, it condenses into high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant and flows out. High temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant enters the drying reservoir through pipelines, flows into the expansion valve throttling after drying and filtering, and undergoes a sharp change in state. It becomes a low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant and enters the evaporator, absorbing the heat of the air flowing through the evaporator, reducing the temperature of the air, blowing out cold air, and producing a refrigeration effect. The refrigerant itself evaporates into a low temperature and low pressure gaseous refrigerant through the pipeline, which is sucked in by the compressor for compression and enters the next cycle. As long as the compressor continues to work, the refrigerant continues to circulate in the air conditioning system, producing a refrigeration effect; The compressor stops working, and the refrigerant in the air conditioning system stops flowing without producing any cooling effect.
